Symantec Encryption Server Licensing

Hi,

I've been reading this KB: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH149022.html

I just wanna clarify, if I have 100 computers and some of the users are loging in on 2 computers using 1 account, do I need to have 2 license for those?

I'm specifically talking about the section 3 because we're using Universal Server(Encryption Management Server).
