In the client environment where I work, we will install the Symantec Encryption Management Server and later, schedule the installation of Symantec Drive Encryption on the desktops of superintendency employees to encrypt their disks.
For these employees, our client needs a method of disk recovery and decryption with a split key and each key will have a different passphrase. In this scenario, in case of disk recovery of one of these notebooks, it would be necessary to include the 2 keys, typing the 2 passphrases to complete the decryption procedure.
We have not started this project yet, but I was not sure how to apply this method to the targets. Is it possible to use this method using Server Key Mode? And how can I generate those keys through Encryption Management Server?
