SEMS/ PGP 3.2 Certification

Is there any exam to get certified for Symantec Encryption Management Server OR PGP Universal Server?

at present I am working on PGP 3.2 version and heard that out siders (end users) are not allowed to take this exam?

Could some one adivce me is there any alternative or equavalent exam?
