EMS license key issue

Hey Guys,

During last couple of testing, we faced an issue with Symantec PGP licnese key. When we use a license key on one Universal server and that server is activated with that key, we are unable to use same key on other EMS server? Please confirm is this how license keys on PGP platform are designed to work (no multiple servers use).

If not, is it safe to use one license key on multiple servers without configuring cluster setup?
