3.4.2 MP3 and SCP Backups

Hello,

           I cannot get the SCP backup to work.  I keep getting the follwoing errors in the logs:

• SCP Backup failed, expectscp returned following error code: 3
• exec request failed on channel 0
• lost connection

         I've tried using both Passpharse and key pair authentication.  I've generated the keypair from the management server, using PuTTY gen, and the sftp service and no luck.  We are running Management server 3.4.2 MP3 build (1298) and connecting to a Globalscape EFT windows SFTP service.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!
