Command line options to decrypt endpoint.

Hello,
We were hoping there was a way to trigger client 'Decryption' using the Universal Server console.  But from reading other posts there does not appear to be.  However, I did read Symantec provides a command line options for WDE on the client, which we can use to trigger decryption on the client machines.  I am looking for documentation on this or what is the specific command line that is run?
