Moving from Email enrollment to LDAP enrollment

Will existing keys work as normal if moving from email enrollment to enrollment using directory authentication?

I seem to remember that additional emails aliases found in AD will be appended to the keys when changing to directory authentication, will this corrupt SKM keys already at the clients?

-Desktop Email encryption use only.

-SEMS server not inline
