Cannot test connection to LDAP, no error, no log.. nothing

Hi,

We are setting up a test lab environment with a freshly installed SEMS which has been restored from backup of production SEMS (IP address was changed). The problem is when we try to set a new LDAP conenction to another test AD. We set Bind DN correclty and its password, but when we clic on "Test connection", the button gets grayed out and nothing happens: no error log nor error message; it remains grayed out until we change or close that page.

Test SEMS server is able to ping AD and telnet it on port 389 normally. We have tried deleting the LDAP setting and creating anew one, but it doesn't work. No matter if we set a correct DN or correct password, the result is the same.

Please advice.
