HTTP Status 500 - Cannot call sendRedirect() after the rsponse has been committed

Hi I have an external user trying to login to Web Messenger and they receive this message. (The only user who is having this issue).  I cannot reproduce it.

We are running SEMS 3.3.2 MP12 Build (21436).

Please help me resolve this issue.
