How to upgrade from PGP Universal 3.3 to Endpoint Encryption 11.1

Please i need your help to upgrade existing platform (Symantec Encryption Management Server 3.3) to Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11.1, while knowing that it is necessary to keep the configuration and parametre.
