I need a solution
Hi,
Looking for some assistance regarding a SEMS enrolment issue. I'm using Exchange 2013, BES12, and SEMS 3.3.2 MP11 which is working like a dream, messages are being encrypted successfully on my Blackberry OS10 device and sent without incident. The issue tends to occur over night, when the device is left for a period of 12 hours or greater (the 12 hour time may be a red herring) I'm forced to re-enrol the device. When prompted to re-enrol, the device does so and everything is working fine again but then it has to be repeated and so on......
Has anyone seen this issue? Any ideas?
