File share Encryption Query 1 - Urgent

Hi Team,

please help me with the below mentioned query regards to symantec encryption managemnt server deployement requirement.

1.       Does your solution require integration with vCentre server, If no then is it ok to just use the ESXI 6.0 and manage it directly thru vSphere client ?
2.       Do you need vSphere features like vMotion & HA. If yes then you will require 2 Hosts for this solution.
