S/MIME Use in Symantec Encryption Server 3.3.2

I need a solution

Hi,

i'm using SES 3.3.2 and it works fine with PGP Encryption/Decryption.
Now, there is a customer, who wants so use S/MIME for our communication.

So I already imported the certificate from one of their mail adresses and it works to get their mails decrypted.
But what do I have to do now, that we can use S/MIME for our outgoing mails?

I wanted to create a new organization certificate generated by an external certificate authority,
that provides all internal users with their own certificate.

But when i sent the csr request to the external certificate authority, they told me, that there are no wildcard certificates for a whole domain.

So, my question is now.. for which mail adress do i have to request a certificate?
If it's possible, I don't want to use seperate (bought) certificates and i must not use a self-signed organization certificate.

What are my possibilities?

I hope you can understand, what I mean. If there are questions, please ask.
Thanks for your help.

Best regards
