Access Denied via SSH using PuTTY

Hi Guys,

I am using this technical document http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH149673  to gain command line access to SEMS, but in only a SEMS always appears ACCESS DENIED. Any idea..?

NOTE: I've already done in other, no problems.
